As some people are only now receiving the APL95 Preliminary Program and
Invitation, the APL95 Organizing Committee has decided to extend the
deadline for early (and cheap) registration; originally this deadline
had been set as April 1.

Here's a recap of the registration information, as amended:

All payment must be in US$; payment may be by check on a US or Canadian
bank (US$ account), by money order, or by credit card (American Express,
Visa, MasterCard).  Registrations paid by check or money order will be
processed upon receipt of payment, rate given will be as of receipt of
payment (that is, if we get your check by 1 May, you get the cheap rate,
otherwise, you don't).  If paying by credit card, please furnish

     Card type (AE, MC, V)
     Card number
     Cardholder's name (as it appears on the card)
     Expiration date (as it appears on the card)
     Signature if registering via mail or fax
     Billing address for verification
