APL68000 characters conversion to PC

it shouldn't be such a big deal -- someone may come up with an APL.68000
TrueType font, in which case you'll probably need to get the font regenerated,
to convert from Mac to PC -- failing that, Plan B: can you supply a page or
image showing which characters appear where?
