 APL68000 characters conversion to PC

Does anyone have resolved this following problem?
You have a (long) text from MsWord 5.0 on Macintosh with many
different places where there are APL68000 characters.
You want to have it on a PC with correct APL characters.
If you transform the file in RTF format, put the file on the PC, run Word
and
open the file, the APL characters even named APL.68000 on the PC
are not good, since there is no APL.68000 font on the PC.
The solution is to make this font on the PC  to obtain the APL characters
at the right places.
Does anybody have made this solution? or know another solution?

PS: Other solution: retype the 25 pages of the text on the PC!

it shouldn't be such a big deal  --  someone may come up with an APL.68000
TrueType font, in which case you'll probably need to get the font regenerated,
to convert from Mac to PC  --  failing that, Plan B: can you supply a page or
image showing which characters appear where?
