 []IO war

    Something for you to comment on.
Let's load our favourite APL. And then...

    []IO<-1

    0={rho}{iota}0
1
    1={rho}{iota}1
1
    2={rho}{iota}2
1

    []IO<-0
    0={rho}{iota}0
1
    1={rho}{iota}1
0

    What?

    1=(-1)+{rho}{iota}1
1
    2=(-1)+{rho}{iota}2
1
    OK... but... in []IO 0 it's impossible to generate a 1 element vector
using {iota}...
    In other words there is a fantastic hole in the sequence

    {enlist}{rho}{each}(-[]IO)+{iota}{each}{iota}10

Tried it with numerous flavours and versions of APL and
      {quad}io<-0
      {iota}1
0
      (rho}{iota}1
1

No gap.

I must have been drunk... I apologise. It was something I had seen at the
conference in Toronto. But not even J3.05 seems to display this behaviour.
Well... Better so :-)
