Install Wizard only sees ADOCE 3.0 (not 3.1)

Tony #1 / 3	Install Wizard only sees ADOCE 3.0 (not 3.1) I'm a first time user of the install wizard. My application is set to use ADOCE 3.1 and compiles and runs fine with it. However the Install Wizard only lists ADOCE 3.0 in the references. Anyone any ideas? TIA

Michael Fosmire [M #3 / 3	Install Wizard only sees ADOCE 3.0 (not 3.1) Sounds like your missing a registry entry, likely this one: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \Microsoft \Windows CE Tools \Platform Manager \{F384D888-F9AA-11D1-BB9E-00A0C9C9CCEE} '(Platforms) \{DE9660AC-85D3-4C63-A6AF-46A3B3B83737} '(PocketPC2002, for example) \{F384D894-F9AA-11D1-BB9E-00A0C9C9CCEE} '(Properties) \{D621958E-66D5-11D3-B349-00C04F680B3F}] "{013E8274-DDB4-4C4D-8A53-7FB93D561BD2}"="Microsoft CE Data Access Control 3.1" I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling ADOCE 3.1. Where did you originally install ADOCE 3.1 from? There are a couple of places to get it. I'm curious whether you may have installed the version that suppose to plug into Platform Builder instead of the one that plugs into eVT?
