 Error instaling the eMbedded tools


I need your help. I downloaded the eMbedded tools; after execute the exe
that create the CDs 1 and 2 I execute the Setup.exe and then an alert
message show: "Theres no memory to continue... Close any program and
install it again" (I think that show this). Im installing from my HDD.

Can anybody help me, please?

Hey Pedro,

Hmmm, there are a couple of things you might try.  First, you might try
obtaining the free FileMon utility from http://www,  This
utility will track the files that are accessed by your system.  Since this
can log an awful lot of files, you'll want to start the logging as close to
the error occurrance as possible and stop the logging right after the error

Take a look at the log and see whether you see things noted as "FAILURE".  
This might help you track it down.

The one issue I found in our support case archives on this was resolved by
deleting the files in the system's temp directory.  Apparently, there was
some type of corrupt file left over from a previously-aborted installation
attempt.  In addition to this, you will also want to verify that you don't
have any virus-scanning software running during the installation.
