 eVB: cannot load to device while AciveSync is connected

 eVB: cannot load to device while AciveSync is connected

Folks,

I cannot load app to the device while ActiveSync is connected and I can
explore device.
What could be wrong?

 I use Symbol  PPT_2800 with Pocket PC.
