VB .Net 2003 Standard or VS .Net 2003 Pro for Smart Devices

Now that VB .Net 2003 is available, do I need VB .Net 2003 Standard or VS
.Net 2003 Pro to program Pocket PCs. VB .Net Standard is alot cheaper so I
would like to be able to use it. Does anyone know if I can use it rather
than the $500 VS .Net Pro?

Thanks,
