VC 4.2: RFX_Binary and RFX_Date appear to be leaking memory:
Some random Sample Debug outpout:

dbrfx.cpp(1214) : {203} client block at 0x00F43210, subtype 0, 24 bytes
long. a CByteArray object at $00F43210, 24 bytes long
dbrfx.cpp(1550) : {779} normal block at 0x00F48370, 8 bytes long.  Data:
<    ZZZZ> CD CD CD CD 5A 5A 5A 5A

Is there a work/fix/solution?

A quick search on the Jan '97 CDs and the msdn web site lead nowhere ...

Mercy beecups for any and all help (please reply via email as well)

Jason

 Memory Leaks in CRecordset RFX

Jason,

I saw the same problem with BoundChecker 4.2 using NT 4.0 and VC4.1. From
what I saw, the memory leak was a one time allocation. My test program
repeatedly selected/inserted records without losing any memory ( Monitored
via Private Bytes in Performance Monitor for the process). Thus I concluded
MFC just did not clean itself up correctly during the termination of the
application.
