Hi all,
      i'm developing Microsoft HTML Help Workshop for my own application.
Application  contains many Dialogs and controls.By using onHelpInfo and
OnContextMenu Handler,i can bale to provide
text pop-up,with this provision i intend to provide the text pop o/p to
speech.
Let me know the idea behind it,or u give wats the API used for that.

MSAPI (Microsoft Speech API). Search for it on google/msdn. Lots of
references for it. Plus a downloadable SDK.
