How to make a MDI's MainFrame withou a TitleBar?

To remove caption, simply remove WS_CAPTION from the style AFTER the
framewnd is created(use ModifyStyle). To remove menus, read the following in
MSDN:

HOWTO: Create MFC Applications that Do Not Have a Menu Bar
ID: Q131368

I have no idea what you mean by putting caption on the menu area. What is
menu area? If you dont have caption or menu, you dont have non client area
at the top(only the border). All the area below is client area which is not
occupied by menu/caption. May be you want to destroy/recreate menu.
