You have to do it manually - select File->Open  when the dialog opens you'll
notice at the very bottom there is a combobox labeled "Open As", select
"Text File" and then open your rc file

Hi,

Does anyone know how to display resource file as text and not picture in
Studio Visual Environment. Maybe you wonder why I prefer that; well I think
by doing so I have a better control in term of the source.

while opening just select text in "open as" dropdown (default would be auto)
