making CDialog object show in start toolbar

Is there anyway to make a CDialog object show up in the start toolbar?  I
know there must be a way...because when you use appwizard to create a dialog
based AppWizard app, it shows up in the toolbar.  But when you create a new
dialog box from scratch, it doesn't show up there...which is good for %99 of
the time....but I've reached that %1 and need help.

Thanks in advance,

-Brian

What do you mean by "a CDialog object show up in the start toolbar"?
When I use appwizard to create a dialog-based app, I've never seen a
CDialog object showing up in any toolbar anywhere.
