in Internet Explorer, if we choose File->Open / press CTRL+O, a dialog
box will prompt out to ask us to type in the internet address to be
opened.
due to the language in my country, which, fortunately, consists of 26
English alphabets, i would like to change the messages displayed on the
dialog / buttons.
