MDI Frame not showing because of low user privilege

Hello All,
I am working on a multi-document MFC application. The application is
running perfect on Win95/Win98. On Win NT, it is working properly if
user had administrator privilege. But if user had only Domain User
privilege, the application couldn't show its MDI form(Actually it was
opened, and I could see it by selecting 'print preview' and even
printed it out).
It seems the disappearance of MDI frame was caused by low privilege and
both OnPaint and OnDraw function in that view was not triggered.

Any hint will be appreciated,
