How to reserve the security properties of source file when creat a copy of it

Hi, everyone:

now , i meet a problem that if i create a copy of a file , some security
properties of the source file will disappear.

For example: i have a file that has administrator, administrators, SYSTEM
and asp_net
security properties. When i creat a file as its copy, the asp_net security
propertie
disappeared. (USE MFC)

i don't how to create a file that has the same security properties as the
source file. Maybe a function in MFC or sdk can solve the problem. The
program runs under the administrator account.

 Please give me some advice.
