 error LNK2001: using CTime.Format

When I try to use the following code I get the error(The complete error
is at the end)

CTime t( 1999, 3, 19, 22, 15, 0 ); // 10:15PM March 19, 1999
CString s = t.Format( "%A, %B %d, %Y" );

If I comment out the line with format in it the error goes away.

I am trying to compile for WinCE MIPS.

All I want is the system time/date as a CString.
Thanks
Robert

How about using strftime directly?  I don't know if WinCE has a limitation with
this.

I tried strftime too.
Anything I try sayes there is an unresolved external.
I must be missing something very basic.
All I want to do is get the current date and put it into a combobox.
Any Help?
