The Print preview in my app shows *always* up correctly. However
with certain printers, especially HP Laserjet printers with PCL and HP
Deskjet printers, the output gets garbled. Mmost of the time one third
of the first page is printed out correctly then comes a gap of about 2
inches and after the gap printing continues, but the two inches of the
bottom of the first page disappear, however the other pages printout
correctly.

On postscript printers (even HP printers) the printout is always
correct.

Sometimes the problem disapears by installing a more recent printer
driver.

The drawing of the page is not very complicated, only text output and
surface drawing (using PatBlt).

Anybody else experienced this kind of problems ?
