LoadFrame sometimes fails on NT, then requires reboot to fix

In our MDI app, running debug build on NT, the call to m_pMainFrame-
Quote:

continues to fail until the computer is rebooted.

Anyone have a clue as to why an app working one minute on NT would
suddenly fail to load and continue doing so until reboot?  I can see a
resource problem on 95/98 causing this, but NT?

FYI - There are no views created as a result of this call, we create
those later.

Thanks,

Neal

More details.  It's apparently the call to ::LoadMenu in
CFrameWnd::Create that's failing.  Please note again that the resource
is there and works correctly most of the time, so...

Anyone have a clue what would cause ::LoadMenu on an NT system to
suddenly begin failing and continue to do so until the computer is
rebooted?  Menus are handled completely by MFC, so it's not us losing a
handle or failing to free anything...
