"Text to speech engine" from Microsoft Agents in VC++ program

Does anyone know how to use the "Text to speech engine" from Microsoft
Agents?
I want to have a dialog box that the user will write a string and pass this
string to the speech engine?

Any info or WebSite?

I created a product based loosely on the Microsft examples that came
with it.

If you download the speech SDK, or install it from the CD-ROM, there
are a bunch of examples that come with it.

The speech engine is different from the speech SDK, which includes the
TTS engine as a subcomponent. I got mine off the MSDN. Search the
Microsoft site, because I know at least two other people have
downloaded the speech SDK from there (try "speech SDK" as a search
string)
