Slightly OT: VC++6, Dikumware 3.08 and Stingray

I apologise for being slightly off topic.  But has anyone worked out how
to get Stingray SFL103 and  Toolkit,Chart etc to compile using Dikumware
3.08.  As I for the life of me can't work out how to do it.  I have
posted a tech support message to Stingray but they are slow getting back
to me and I need to get this working soon.

Many thanks for your time and again I apologise for being off topic.
