HawkNL version 1.3 is now available for download. HawkNL is a game oriented, low
level, network API released under the GNU Library General Public License (LGPL),
with support for Unix (Linux, Solaris) and Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000.

New for version 1.3:
New makefiles for Linux and Solaris.
All platforms build static libraries in addition to shared libraries.
Support for the LCC compiler on Windows.
