I have a little framework that has some CView derived base classes. For some
reason the menu resources (and all others like the icon and toolbar) for
these classes are not loaded when I create/select  a view of the appropriate
type.
I use AddDocTemplate and File->New to create an instance of the views.

Can anybode tell me if I canmanually load the resources for a view, or how I
can overcome this problem?
