Open Inventor 2.2.1 (for VC 4.2) Cant't compile in VC5.0

Hi!

I'm using Open Inventor 2.2.1 with VC4.2
BUT! VC5.0 can't compile it

major problem is that
  [ error C2375: '.....' : redefinition; different linkage ]

did you have any idea?

PS.
-- Micro$oft frequently change the specifications.
in 4.0/4.1 they use HP's STL with "std " namespace
in 4.2 they use MS-STL with no "std" namespace
in 5.0 they use MS-STL with "std" namespace....
also 5.0 has bug is inline function so we must patch (VS Service Pack1)
 to use STL...
