 Migrating legacy Windows application to support unicode

Is there any tutorial/documents that describe
how to port legacy Windows application to support
unicode ?

I checked the MSDN has a section on internationalization.
But the info seems quite out-dated (it talked about
WinNT and VC++ 2.
