Does Windows ME support UNICODE?

Windows 95/98 and ME all support Unicode.
However, the system functions do not have Unicode equivalents.
So there is a LoadLibraryA() but not a useable LoadLibraryW().
You have to convert from Unicode to multi-byte before calling system
functions.
This is not as bad as it seems and has the major benefit that all text
handling, except calls to system functions, can be in Unicode.

Search in MSDN for this topic: "INFO: Unicode Support in Windows 95 and
Windows 98" for more info.
Also "Design a Single Unicode App that Runs on Both Windows 98 and Windows
2000" may be useful.
