 ClassWizard deleting my h & cpp files

I'm using VC++ 6 SP3 with Win2000 and very often when I use ClassWizard
to add new functions, or even if I just add a member variable to a class
with right click the h-file or cpp is just gone, deleted.
With NT4 I never had someting like that.
Could anyone help?
