Concatinating strings in HTML

 Concatinating strings in HTML

It is possible to concatinate strings in VBScript using the + operator, can
something simillar be done in HTML? Something like

<IMG SRC="C:\Pictures\" + "MyPicture.jpg">

The above code doesn't actually work, it is just to illustrate my question.
Any help would be highly appriciated.

Use the & in vbscript i.e. <IMG SRC="C:\Pictures\" &"MyPicture.jpg">
