I am a novice at this in fact , I am still reading on the subject and have
not found an specific example that can help visualize a solution.

I need to: stop
1 several services before the backup
2 start backup on directories and files from different   machines on the
network
3 wait for the backup to be complete
close backup program and restart services previously turned off

I am a novice at Network Administration and would really appreciate any
help, thanks
