First this is what I am trying to do.

I am trying to run an app on the server to bring data into a database using
a VB app that I wrote. After the app has run and parsed the data into the
database I want to run another app on the terminals to let the users know
that there is new data to be processed. both apps are written in VB and the
data is going to a Access database.

What I need to know is how I can run the new data app on the terminals of
just one of the groups of users.
