Wanted: "screnc.exe"

 Wanted: "screnc.exe"

To encode script, Microsoft provides a command line script encoder
(screnc.exe) that will take an HTML, ASP, VBS, JS or SCT file and encode any
script contained in the file.

Where can I download this encoder?

Thanks in advance.
