We need an ActiveX control, JAVA or other script/software to call the
Windows Phone Dialer and feed it phone numbers. We have web-enabled our
corporate databases to generate HTML pages, and now want to enable
Windows IE5 users to dial phone numbers showing on the screen.

Can anyone help? We are willing to pay an appropriate small fee to
license or integrate the solution for 3-5 end users.
