 Building ActiveX controls that will access activex.dll running on PWS

Help!
How do you install internet functionality in an activex control built in
VB5 that will access specific functions in an activex.dll running on win95
pws?  Example is writing an activex control that will access the MS.Finance
components in the example on using activex dll's with active server pages.
I need this help badly.  Thanks Mike McClanahan
