Using NuMega BoundsChecker 4.2 with Visual C++ 5.0

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to integrate NuMega BoundsChecker
4.2 with the Visual C++ 5.0 IDE.  BoundsChecker 4.2 supports IDE
integration with Visual C++ 4.x, but I don't know how to get it to work
with the VC 5.0 IDE.  Maybe Numega released a downloadable fix (not
likely, since they would want everyone to upgrade to version 5.0, and I'm
sick of shelling out money all the time for upgrades).  Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
