 how to connect remote machine ( Oracle Server )in VC++

Make an entry in your tnsnames.ora file like the
following example:

THODUR.world =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS_LIST =
        (ADDRESS =
          (PROTOCOL = TCP)
          (Host = 192.168.10.1)
          (Port = 1521)
        )
    )
    (CONNECT_DATA = (SID = ORCL)
    )
  )

Of course, you still must also know the ID of a
valid user and the password.

However, I assume from the very basic nature
of your question that you have no idea how to
connect to Oracle - whether remote, or running
on your own workstation.
