ADO, Oracle stored procedures and struct

We are using ADO in Visual C++ to connect to Oracle stored procedures. The
procedures are defined in packages. We would like to pass a struct (i.e. a
record type) as a parameter (both input and output parameters) into the
stored procedure. Does anybody know how to do this and if so, please give an
example of the required syntax.
