How to add/configure Client for Microsoft Networks?

For example, In Windows 9x go to Network in Control Panel. In the
Configuration tab, select "Client for Microsoft Networks" click
Properties. A box comes up that let you check "Log on to Windows NT
domain" and enter the Windows NT domain. This is what I'm trying to set
programmatically.

Thanks!
