I would like to develop a small program that helps user to change his IP
setting to DHCP.
Also, I would like to save the static IP address so that I can reinstall
later.
The main reason of doing this is: the user's PC/notebook has been configured
on fixed IP. If the user uses  a DHCP network, the user can't use his fixed
IP but have to reconfigure his PC to use DHCP. So, the idea is, instead of
asking the user to change the properties of Network Neighborhood, can he run
a program
to change the property to 'DHCP' ?
