I believe that Microsoft licensed Rational Rose from Rational and included in Visual Basic Enterprise Edition as their Visual Modeller. You can get a demo copy of Rational Rose from Rational ( www.rational.com ) or just buy Visual Basic Enterprise Edition, its cheaper.
