I need to disable the printer of a PC, that is to say that neither
application can print.
Also, I need to disable the communication's standards Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V,Ctrl+X
(copy,paste,cut).

In the  API windows exist the functions  OpenDriver and CloseDriver, but I
don't know  if  they can help me in my problem.

In summary, How can I make it from a Visual Basic's application ?
How can I reestablish it again?
