Yes, use a dll. I found it in the VB Tips help file but haven't tried using
it. If you haven't got the help file then I strongly recommend you do ,
it's really useful. In case I've copied the article onto this little text
file.
PS if anyone wants VB tips then I'll post it here. Most of it relates to
VB3, however, as that's all I can afford.
