 My projects containg toolbars don't appear Can't find COMCTL32.ocx

When I open projects containing toolbars, vb announces error indicating that
it chas newwer version of COMCTL32.OCX, register it?. I click 'yes'. it says
"can't register ". What shoild I do??. I reinstalled VB6 twice and Win98
once. but the problem remains there.

You didn't say if you have installed the service packs available for VB.
If not, then that is a good suggestion.
