Saving a Picture Box in JPG or GIF format

Donald W Cessn #1 / 3	Saving a Picture Box in JPG or GIF format I know of SavePicture but I would like to save a picture box picture as a JPG or GIF file BMPs are so big I need to get a file format that doesn't take up so much room. You need pay the royalites for then.
