Getting Windows Serial Number
Hi, Terry.
Not sure about 16bit systems, but on 32bit systems you can get this from the
registry, the value is "Product ID" and the key is :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
