We have a requirement to check the status of several networked Printers
prior to sending down jobs.  For example making sure the printer is on-line,
not out of paper, not sufferring from a paper jam, Toner Low, etc.

Our printing environment is Novell Netware Version 5.0 using NDPS.  Our
Client Environment is Windows NT Version 4.0 and VB 6.0
