Using SetWindowsHookEX to hook Mouse messages

I thought that in VB, you couldn't hook system-wide messages, but apparently
with the SetWindowsHookEx API and using the WH_MOUSE_LL message, it was able
to hook global mouse messages, but the thing is WH_MOUSE_LL only works on
NT/2000. WH_MOUSE doesn't seem to work with Win9x at all for some reason,
does anyone have a solution to this ?

Perry
