The Multimedia Programmer's Reference contains the full list but I
believe that it is out of print.

I've used a QUE book called Building Multimedia Applications with
Visual Basic 4 by Michael Regelski and another called Visual Basic
Multimedia Adventure Set by Scott Jarol (Coriolis Group).
