Winsock.ocx vs Winsock.dll

 Winsock.ocx vs Winsock.dll

Using Winsock control is pretty neat and convenient I must say.
But what about the performance ?
Would it be better to use API call to the Winsock.dll rather than
winsock.ocx ?

Any comment ?

Alex, almost always a DLL takes precedence over an OCX. Far less overhead.

All the best.
