How can I change IP settings for Win9x and NT with VB.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a method to change the TCP/IP settings in windows.  I want
to do what the network control panel applet does.  I would like to find the
code or API's for both Win9x and NT.   Is this just registry edits? If so
how does NT refresh the settings on the fly (API ?).  If this is just reg
edits does anyone know the keys or where this lives or each OS?

Thanks for your time,
Doug
