Alright, I'm a beginning Visual Basic programmer, and quite frankly I'm
clueless about "API calls".  Just knew that what I needed to do requires
one.

I need to make it so that my VB program stays on top of all other windows.
 It will be in the startup group of Win95, and it needs to stay on top as
other programs load from startup.

What's the easiest way to do this for someone who is just learning their
way around...?
