 Find WIN DIR/MSIE tmp dir

I need help figureing out where the "windows" directory is or even better
the MSIE Temporary Internet Files directory.   Help is appreciated thanks.

The folder for Temporary Internet Files can be retrieved using the =
Registry APIs. Look in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shel=
l Folders\Cache
"Cache" is a string value that holds the path of that folder.
